These guys are close to where i live and thus very convenient. Good for mounting tires breaks those types of jobs. For more major stuff i have had mixed results. They mis diagnosed a major coolant leak as a head issue... Would prob give 3.5 if i could. UPDATE 12/16/2020 - I gave Springdale another chance and they were able to diagnose and fix a strange noise that another place could not. Updated my overall rating to 4 stars

Paul, if indeed we did misdiagnosis your issue if you bring the vehicle back to us we would make it right for you, we have master certified technicians that are highly skilled in their trade, we are a family owned business that strives to make every customer experience a five star experience. They provided a detailed estimate of work to be done which included several procedures. I was kept current on progress and developments. All work was preformed within the estimate and an Uber Ride was provided for drop off and pick up. I was very satisfied and highly recommend Springdale Automotive.

It is unfortunate to say Springdale automotives is a rip-off more than anything else. I had a tire with low pressure that needed a patch, I paid $52 to get this repaired here. The NEXT DAY as I was driving the TPMS sign went off again and my tire felt strange. Took it to back Springdale to check out what was wrong, the person who patched my tire forgot to SEAL IT. They re-repaired it at no extra cost obviously, but it should never have happened in the first place, especially when it cost FIFTY dollars. If you do come here, CHECK PRICES OF OTHER PLACES FIRST and see how much parts are. I had a rear window that wouldn’t roll up. I was going to be charged 200 for this fix. Went out and bought the parts (about $50) from autozone and fixed it myself. Keep in mind I have zero experience doing this. Took 30 mins and have never had any issues since with it, and never had anyone find any issues during car check-ups. Normally I love buying and supporting local, but that should never come at the expense of getting ripped off and subpar service. This place is extremely overpriced and will take advantage of those less knowledgeable about car mechanics, especially women. They have fantastic customer service and have always been polite and quick, it’s just disappointing to know I am not getting my money’s worth in these hard times.

Ms. Naser, we are not in the business of "ripping" people off. We are in the business of providing quality repairs done by qualified ASE Certified Technicians. We are a family owned and operated business that is currently ran by myself (a woman), as well as the shop you are referring to is also ran by two women, and I take it personal when you say we "take advantage of the less knowledgeable, especially women". That couldn't be farther from the truth. It is unfortunate that we had to fix your tire for a 2nd time but we did fix the issue and we stand behind what we do. We have never claimed to be the cheapest option because we are not. We employ certified professionals to service your vehicle, we use the best quality parts, we offer the best warranty and provide a service experience to our customers that they can't get anywhere else. You will always be able to go to a parts store and buy the parts cheaper and put them on yourself. But that kind of service is not what we are about. Hopefully you can understand the difference between "do it yourself" or bringing your vehicle into an established professional business with qualified technicians serving your vehicle. We do offer several discounts on our website and app to help out our customers in these difficult times.

The rear defroster in my 2011 Chevy Impala has not been working for about a year. After doing some investigating I found that the pin connecting the wire from the front of the car to the back had burned up. After one phone call, Springdale Westport was able to get me an estimate that I was more than happy with, as well as get me in first thing the next morning at 8am. I got my car back with a working rear defroster without having to pay for a brand new rear window in less than 4 hours.
