I’ve taken my car to the Brownsboro location multiple times and I’ve never had any issues. Everyone is super friendly and very up front with the costs. I got my EGR port cleaned by them a while back and they had called me prior to me bringing in the vehicle and suggested that I do a diagnostic first to confirm the issue instead of me dropping however much it was to “potentially not solve the problem”. Wonderful people, excellent service. I will keep them as my primary mechanic!

I recommend! My recent maintenance and repair experience went really well with Dave and the team for my 2012 Toyota w/70,000 miles. Their thorough inspection during an oil change provided very useful information regarding parts and systems that needed repair, or are becoming worn, so that we can work toward my goal of keeping this car running well. The ease with which the team members answered my questions, informed me about my car's condition, and status during the repairs, and the quality of service work and repair from service techs Mike and Dan left me with the trust and confidence to return for routine oil changes and future maintenance needs. We needed a new battery, they were able to work us in and completed the job very quickly. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Tune up & cracked radiator needed replacing on a 2010 Toyota Camry - this group did a fantastic job! They communicated everything that needed to be done (with pictures for verification) & quoted a firm price. They even gave me a ride back and forth! I found my new mechanics!

Another amazing experience at Springdale Automotive. Monday morning and the dreaded engine light came on! I called Mark and he was able to get me right in.
