Excellent work!

I was driving to the store on Saturday when I wasn't able to start my car. I called roadside services who wasn't able to jump start my car. Then I had to call roadside services back to have my car towed off the parking lot.. They took my car to Springdale ( I've had work done before there) on Sunday. I received a call from Springdale on Monday morning advising they had my car. After reviewing the complaint, (starter need), they had to order the part and had it there by afternoon. They promised it would be ready by end of the day. They had it ready by 3:pm. Wow? Thanks to their commitment to servicing my car and having on ready when promised. I really appreciate the professional and prompt way this event was handled. It was an inconvenience but they got me going on that following Monday! I will definitely use Springdale again. Very pleased with the people and the service. They repaired a fluid leak, but one on the new hoses was defective - they replaced that the next day. Nice clean and open shop.

Everything went smooth and also in a reasonably timely manner, I’ve had them also check up on how my truck is doing and they have been very kind.

First of all, I most appreciated your kindness for giving me a ride to my home and then picking me up from home when work on my car was completed. I want to thank Julio Melendez, Technician who did the hands on work and Austin Driver, Service Advisor who supervised the work. They did a splendid job on my car. It drives very smoothly. I want to say too that everyone there was very kind, courteous and clear when explaining the work done and answering all my questions. I’m also happy to know that all repair/replacement work done on my car is covered by GreatWater 360 Auto Care 3-Year/36,000 Mile Warranty. I feel very confident that no claim will have to be made as a result of the work done. Gentlemen, my car is old with very low mileage, she is mine and I plan to drive her until the doors fall off.
