Brought car in twice over a 7 day period. Raised the same issue with Springdale twice. Paid $2,000 in repairs, yet a primary issue I had (car would shift into gear without putting foot on brake — a life safety issue) was ignored both times. Did I mention they charged me $2,000 and did not even address one of my primary concerns? From now on, I’m going to the dealer. You pay more there, but at least they listen and you know you’re dealing with honest people. Springdale Automotive gets an “F” from me and I’m spreading the word to everyone I know. Beware if you take your car to the Prospect location.

Thorough but way too expensive. The technology they use with texting and their app is great and really convenient. But they wanted $372 for a CVT transmission fluid change for our 2015 Honda CRV. Many other places (e.g. Aamco) will do it for less than half of that. My experience is also that they recommend anything service possible that could be done on your car, whether it's necessarily needed or not.

Quick and easy process to do a pretty difficult job. Scott Haines was fantastic and very fast in getting the work completed during the projected time. The pick up process was fast and easy. I will definitely be getting all future repairs done by Springdale Automotive.

I have brought several cars here over the years. I have been there enough for them to send me a gift card for $50. This time I brought my 2012 Honda CVR that only has 36K miles on it for an oil change and tire rotation. They then run an inspection on the car and along with a list "maintenance items" they find an oil leak. I did not see an oil leaking and they told me it had not gotten to that point yet. So I have them fix it. So it did not get "worse". LABOR COST WAS 526 dollars!!! What would it have cost me had it gotten 'worse". So what was going to be a 100 dollar job (60 oil change and 30 tire rotation) ended up costing me 905 dollars. I ended up not even getting the tires rotated! because it was already so much money.! I think I was taken advantage of! Wont be back unfortunately.

Hi molly I’m sorry to hear about your less then perfect experience at Springdale Automotive we are family owned and operated and would never “take advantage” of anybody, we wouldn’t be in business 25 years operating that way. We will always do a courtesy vehicle inspection to let you know anything going on with your vehicle, we do not pressure sell or anything we look over the vehicle and provide an estimate for any repairs or maintenance items we find, it is always up to the customer weather to have it fixed or not. Depending on what item was leaking oil it would still be the same cost if it was a small leak or a very large leak. I will be contacting you soon.

Being a Business Owner / Marine, I pay particular attention to how other businesses are operated, and their attention to detail. I once had the opportunity to meet Sam Walton the founder of Wal-Mart and go quail hunting down in Arkansas. He told something I have never forgot, and I have found to so true when it comes to any business you will encounter. Here is what he said, " when I visit my stores I go in the back door and I find my lowest paid employee, of course this person does not know me, if I find this person is on task, with a positive mental additude, then I know my manager are doing their jobs." The take away is, "if you got problems at the bottom , you got problems at the top. SPRINGDALE AUTOMOTIVE IS WELL RUN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ! From the moment you are greeted by the service tech, to the ongoing updates with the progress of your vehicles repairs, to the actual execution of the repairs and delivery they never miss a step. Springdale was a godsend during the COVID-19 crisis. They offered pick up and delivery service for our vehicle and no contact service. They promptly fixed our issue and got our vehicle back up and running within an hour of our call.
