Our Range Rover Sport was towed 2.5 hours to Springdale's Shelbyville Rd. location for service, despite the fact that we have never been customers there before. They were recommended to us by a trusted friend, and we are so glad we followed that recommendation. They were extremely professional, timely, and most of all honest, fair, and patient. Highly recommend.

I thought all was going well - reps were courteous and car repairs seem to be fine; however, I ended up paying a LOT of pocket for a job that should have been covered by my warranty company. Same coverage has covered ALL expenses (less deductible) at dealership and transmission shop. Long story short - and just to present FACTS…I was charged $670 for a water pump that the DEALER sold for $380. Let that sink in before you head to this place. (I agreed to the terms of the repairs as I became too trusting of these guys - that’s on me out of convenience and expedience. Only after the fact when I started making calls to the warranty company and the dealer did I piece together what has happened and the ride I’d been taken on. When I confronted the personnel this morning, I believe the story changed about where the part came from and how all this went down)
