I am very grateful to have had a very nice and well knowledge service writer. Aleena made me feel comfortable with giving me all the information I needed for any future service about my car and it’s performance. I left there feeling well informed and with a lot of insight knowledge of what my car needed in the future to keep its performance exasperation. Thank you for such wonderful service

The headlight was successfully replaced so thank you. My wife did. wait 1 hour only to be told that they did not have the part. She was asked to return later and it was fixed. It would be appropriate to look up whether they had part in stock first. No apology given from staff

Thank you for the review, Michael, I'm sorry your wife had to wait. Unfortunately, our computer system does not tell us what bulb goes into every vehicle, we have to manually remove the bulb and then check to see if it's in our inventory. Usually its a pretty quick service if we have the bulb in stock but sadly we don't know until we actually take the bulb out. I do apologize again, and sorry for any inconvenience

Excellent reports and digital animations to illustrate vehicle malfunction (personalize reports by email), they were transparent at all times and respectful in suggesting which items were high priority and which were not.

I will never bring my vehicle back to Springdale Automotive. I called a week in advance and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. After showing up 15 minutes early, it still took over 2 hours for them to perform such simple maintenance. If I wanted to wait 2 hours and pay over $100, I would have gone to the dealership. When I inquired about what was taking so long, I was told “they’re almost done with it” at least 3 times over the course of 30 minutes. I can’t imagine why it should ever take 2 hours to do a vehicle inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. The most frustrating part was the lack of urgency placed on the guys in the shop by the office staff.
