They saved me from making a bad decision! Can’t thank them enough! I called right when they opened the day I needed an appointment to get a thorough inspection for a car that I was hoping to purchase. Although it was completely last minute, they were incredibly polite, kind and accommodating to me. Bridget treated me with the care and hospitality of a sister. I truly felt she was genuinely invested in seeing me make a good decision and have all the information I needed. Nathan was the one doing the inspection on the car....wow! I was amazed at how thorough it was! The car was lifted high on the rack, and they were kind enough to walk me under the car and show me in person, all that was wrong with it. They didn’t make me feel rushed, but patiently explained everything to me. They even went so far as to take pictures of all the problems, create an inspection report, and send it to me via a link in a text message (so convenient!). The car needed over $6,000 in repairs alone! The cost of the inspection was nothing compared to how much they saved me from buying this lemon car! Plus they were super nice and attentive to me the entire time. It felt like family. A family that truly cares! Their genuine care for the well-being of their customers is priceless. I’ll go back to them in a heartbeat. Thank you Stein Automotive!!! You saved my rear!

We’ve been very pleased with the people and quality of work but their customer service is over the top. I misplaced my cell phone the last time we had a car in for service. I called my phone to find it, but didn’t... 15 minutes later a Stein employee rang our doorbell bell because he’d heard it ringing in the car and concerned I needed my phone. He’d delivered my phone. They own us!!!
