My Mini Cooper was towed to Stein. They diagnosed a failed alternator and replaced it. Now, a month later, my 5 year old battery crapped out. I replaced it and the battery light came on after putting the new battery in. I took it to Stein asking them to check it out. They promptly called and said the new alternator was failing. They replaced it at no charge to me (under their 3 year warranty). I am very pleased with their service, although the pricing is quite high. All in all, I recommend them, but save up your money before you go in!!
