Good with exception of not being able to give a clear indication of what it would cost to fix a Command Controller on Mercedes. Also do not like the idea of having to pay the 2.9% credit card processing fee when there is no alternative other than cash to pay. The Merchant should pay that fee, not the customer.

Mr Holland,At Stein Automotive we believe in total transparency. The credit card fees are a expense of doing business. Rather than just hiding it to cover the cost we chose to show customers the cost and allow them a alternative. Paying in cash allows customers a cash discount.
