Terrible experience for the second time. They run diagnostics and seem confident with what the issue is, they “fix it” and charge you, then tell you it’s not actually what they thought it is. So they have to fix and try different things until they can understand what the diagnostics are actually showing. I’ve taken my car to the dealer and other mechanics and they all agree what the issues are, which is different than what Springdale thinks it is. They simply do not know what they are doing and are simply doing a process of elimination and charging you along the way. Gave them a second chance. Now never going back. If I could rate them a 0, I would.

The gentlemen were great and very knowledgeable. The service was quick. The only negative is they do not take checks and charged me a 2.9% credit card fee. They did not disclose the fee. I looked at the receipt and there was an additional $20 fee for credit card use. I understand why they don’t take checks but they should have mentioned the additional fee (there was no sign or verbal warning.)

Megan I’m sorry we do not take checks, unfortunately there are a lot of people who will write bad checks and it’s been our policy not to accept any personal checks.
