After looking over my vehicle upon returning home from the shop, I noticed 4 dents in the front bumper around the BMW badge that were not there when I looked over the car Before dropping my car off. I do a once over look so I can tell if any damage was done while being worked on. I do this because last time I brought my car in, I got it back with a golf ball size scuff on the hood that I had to buff out. I was willing to let that one go but not this time. Your technicians should be more careful with customers vehicles

Mr cook let me look into this, if by any means we caused any damage we will take care of it. We take pictures of every vehicle that comes in the shop and provide a complete digital inspection top to bottom front to back. I will look into this and be in touch soon. Thank you.
