I had an awesome experience at the Prospect location. My Honda wouldn't turn over and I got a jump to get there. I was advised the battery was just loose. The vehicle wouldn't start the next day and I sent them a text to advise. Brian Smith called me within minutes while I was in the waiting room at Norton Brownsboro ER...he sent Rick, their Shuttle Service driver to come to me right then to get my key then and he took it back to the shop to run diagnostics. It needed a new battery and a starter. Service was quick and extremely courteous. This was the first time I have gotten car repair that wasn't a headache. Thank you Springdale Prospect and Brian Smith ;)

Diagnostic check

I called Springdale Middletown about an intermittent A/C issue with a 2011 Kia Optima. They said no problem, bring it in the next day and they would do a complete car inspection. I said twice that I did not need/want a complete inspection, just the A/C. The gentleman insisted it was their standard/required process. He did not say there would be any fee for the full inspection or A/C issue. He just said the cost to repair would be discussed after they looked at it. After having the car for most of the day, I was called to say the A/C refrigerant pressure was low and their price to top it off was $188 plus a $150 fee for the inspection that I asked twice to not be done...for a total $330 to do ~30 minutes work and $20 of freon. The gentleman was misleading/dishonest on the phone about the charges.

They came to my rescue. I was faced with waiting several days at another repair shop. They got my car fixed on New Years Eve. I needed a headlight bulb replaced (not any straight forward task on Mercedes). One bulb needed replacing, but they did both, as the new bulb was brighter then the existing one. I got the 'two-for' without asking and they honored the price for replacing just one. They told it it would take an hour, and it did. Great service, fair price, and accommodating.
