This was my first visit to Springdale Automotive Centers. I have many friends that recommended them so I thought I would try them. Everyone there was awesome. Appointment was made quickly and I did not have to wait weeks. Everyone there was very friendly and accomodating. I was provided a shuttle ride and was picked up at the time I requested. Service was done quickly and accurately. I had coolant flush and power steering fluid flush and the car drives better, wished I had done it sooner. The guarantee I got using their recommended products was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. They treated me like family and the cost was below what the dealership would have charged.

BAD BAD BAD!! Took car in for check engine light. They kept the car for 11 WEEKS and charged $1,758.52 FOR Diagnostics! Car came back with an empty gas tank, scratches and door dings.

2012 Chevy Camero to have Heat and AC repaired because only get 40% heat and 40% air. They called me back said it could be 1 of 2 things. The actuator door not opening and shutting properly or the heater coil. They wanted to replace the heater coil but I told them the heater coil had nothing to do with the AC so it couldn't be that. I stated I would just pick up my car. When I picked up the car and got home I noticed the glove box was removed and sitting in my back seat. It appears as if they didn't put everything back they took off the car. I am dropping it off at a different mechanic tomorrow and will update when I get a new report.
