The staff was friendly and capable. The work was done timely. I rate three stars because the cost was very high. $794 to replace a starter is more than twice what I expected. I researched three other places who quoted between $300 and $500 I found multiple quotes for a starter at under &100 So, I am feeling that the price was well high. And a five year warranty on an 8 year car is not much consolation

Really appreciate help, and steering me to a good dealership, they found problem, was the O2 in the exhaust system and r repairing it now, thank u again for all your help

I'm on the fence regarding this recommendation - Issue #1 - this past summer, August-ish 2021 - I brought my car in for A/C service - Afterwards I noticed at home the entire front end of my car was covered in oil smudges- both front fenders and the hood - the front end looked like I had just come from a salvage yard! Very messy - unprofessional Issue #2 - this November 2021 I came in to have a tire pressure sensor replaced on my RR tire. - the next day after I picked it up - I noticed my TPMS readout showed all my tires were inflated above 40 psk each - one was 45 psi. I get this is normal to ensure the sensor is working properly , but all my tires should have been returned to normal psi settings - Again sloppy work - I also noticed a loose screwdriver in the windshield tray that was not mine - one of the crew must have left it there by mistake - we've all done it - but again sloppy work and unprofessional - I'm getting concerned regarding the overall quality of work being performed at Springdale Automotive - at this point these are minor issues, but at what point will this translate to mechanical issues? If they break something trying to fix something else - will I be charged for that repair too? I'm not sure what exactly changed when Stein's was bought out, but I never dealt with these issues before. Just my experiences thus far.
