Took my wife’s escape to them for a metal on metal noise somewhere in the engine compartment. They found the source quickly and sent me a quote. They had also performed a multi point inspection that turned up a few other issues that I had them repair. The noise issue was actually something that was covered under warranty from a previous repair. Price was reasonable. I’ll definitely be using their service again when needed.
