I have taken our vehicles to this place for 10 years now. They used to be honest and you could depend on their professional opinion. They now have new management and my wife had taken her vehicle there to find antifreeze leak. It ended up being water pump. Their price to fix the water pump was a little high but that's not what made us call around. The lady there then gave my wife three pages of things that needed to be done to the vehicle. Of all the things they recommended they did not recommend replacing the belt since the water pump was being replaced. While the belt is off why not replace it? The other things recommended were being up charged big time. It's a shame such an honest and dependable place that I always recommended to everyone to take their vehicles to has went downhill. Our new repair place said that some of the things they recommended was a money grab and I agreed which is why I told my wife to go get her car from there and call other local repair.

One wrong turn. Broke an unbreakable part that holds all the cheap suspension in. The parts not a common stack part they found it. Kept my daughter updated on cost and timeline fixed someday couldn't ask for brtter... Thank You!

Very friendly professional personnel. The customer is very important to everyone at Stein Automotive. They accommodate you as much as possible. Updates about your car are very helpful. My car needed an all wheel alignment and Service Advisor Candy Parker advised me that additional repairs are needed to complete the task. I found her to be a straight shooter on what needed to be done so i followed her recommendations. Now my E-350 Benz is riding and handling better than i can remember since i owned this vehicle since 2013. Under new management I still highly recommend Springdale Automotive for your service needs these guys continue the good competent service work as the previous owners. Thanks again ! Peace....
