I purchased a new (used) car out of town that needed an oil change and rim repair. Even though they don’t usually do it, they arranged the rim repair while they had the car for the oil change. It made my life much easier.

Traveling from Illinois to visit family here in Louisville. My VW started sputtering about 2 miles from my brothers house. Called and left a message around 10 pm for a call back about getting my car and looked at. This morning at 7:15 am I got a call from Ned and said to bring it in as soon as we could. Service was great!!! Will def recommend and use again if needed when in this area!

Great knowledgeable staff. Worked with me to resolve a warranty issue. Unfortunately could not yet, but not due to Stein’s fault. I am a new VW owner and will say that I will be a client for all my service needs in the future!! Great job to Dave being so helpful and honest. Come here for any service needs!! We delivered our x5 at 2P for a 3p appointment, a few minutes before closing it would be the next day before they could get to the car because the person who tuck the car in left unexpectedly. We will not be returning Ray Bruner
