Only needed an oil change, and had to wait in the waiting room area. The employees were so friendly and kind! I was told that it may be a few hours, which was fine, but they didn’t make me wait that long. Place was clean and inviting. They also did a diagnostics on my car and didn’t try to talk me into all the repairs right then, but advised that I do so next time I come in. I will definitely be back!

I appreciate their thoroughness in caring for my automobile ... and their honesty. I have an older Mini-Cooper (2004) and they have been helpful to keep it on the road despite its age. And they have let me know that it is getting harder to find replacement parts. They are informative and willing to explain any repair/replacement on the vehicle.

They did a great job and was able to combine 2 appointments so I don’t have to bring it back on a few weeks
