Amazing customer service!! I have never had an automotive center communicate so effectively. They emailed me a quote of services after looking at my car, which gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. They also texted me an inspection report of what needed to be done to my car in order of “immediate attention” to “future attention”, along with some pictures of my car that had the issue. This was my first time getting my car serviced here and will definitely be going back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Nothing was done by them in my car and they told me that they changed new part beware of these scammers ….who scamming peoples and charged them high dollar for new part and when u gave them bad review then owner reply I am sorry that your experience was not good with us my question directly to the owner how come u people don’t do better instead of scamming peoples …. Shame on you

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Same day service usually. Very thorough inspection. Usually an additional recommendation for service needed service but can opt out. Only negative; the quotes come in higher than competitors most often and there are ticky tack charges on the final bill like 2.9% credit card fee that add up on top of that.

Thank you Thomas Gibson for the great review! Most shops have the same charges some just hide it in the total bill where we like to be open and transparent with what is being charged. If you ever receive a quote from somewhere else and we are higher let your service advisor know and we can look into it and hopefully help out if we can.
