I am so happy with Stein Automotive. I dropped off my 2006 Lincoln for service using the night drop. The car was repaired, oil changed and cleaned the next day. They used my credit card on file and delivered my car. Parked it in the back yard and left the paper work and keys in it. What a great bunch of guys. Prices are a little high but the quality is even higher. I live behind the business and they are great neighbors. Closed by 5 PM on weekdays and closed on weekends. These guys even watch my house when we are out of town. Trust these guys to fix it right.

I usually have my oil changed at Springdale and have been very impressed with the customer service received and the low pressure on getting things that aren't necessary right away. For instance, they let me know that I needed new front brakes 6 months ago but said that I could wait until my next oil change if necessary and gave me full details on numbers of the wearing of pads versus their recommendations, etc. They were patient with me as I am not well versed in the automotive department and I have never felt like they are taking advantage of that. I'm getting new brakes next week!

Great work for a reasonable price. Forget about car dealerships and visit Springdale locations instead.

The service at Springdale is incredible. I never feel like they are trying to up-sell me anything I don't need. If they recommend something and I want to wait, they are respectful of that and even give options so I can choose how to handle an issue with my Volvo in the meantime. They are creative in finding solutions to common problems, but I never feel like they are taking a shortcut that would affect the quality of the repair. I highly recommend them!

I have three vehicles that come to this location. I appreciate the personal attention i receive each time. They are honest and friendly and do great work.
