Excellent customer service and repair work. Was on a trip to visit friends from out of town when my A/C broke. Lindsey found time to squeeze me in when they were packed for an inspection and then worked with my insurance company to save me as much money as possible, all while being cordial every time I spoke with him and even providing transportation on the day my car was being repaired. If I’m ever in need of a car service, these guys will be my first pick. Thanks again, Lindsey.

We are from Vermont, and we broke down in Louisville on our way home from a family trip at the beginning of April. We chose to have our vehicle towed to Springdale Automotive on Brownsboro Road. They took great care of us there, they really went to great lengths to help us out. They were very sympathetic to our situation. They bent over backwards to try and find us a car rental service that didn't require a credit card, and that actually had available rentals. When nobody could rent a car to us for the day, they re-arranged their day to check out our vehicle right then and there. When they found the problem, and we determined that for such an old vehicle it was just too much of a repair, they arranged an Uber ride, helped us get a hotel room booked...they did so much to help us out, I don't think we could even fit it in this review section. Lindsey and Aaron (the gentlemen who helped us out), I apologize that this review is so late - but from the bottom of our hearts we are grateful that there are still garages like Springdale Automotive, who really care about the folks they're serving and aren't just out to make a few bucks. The whole adventure made for a good story, and rest assured that we will always remember Lindsey and Aaron at Springdale Auto!

Went to Springdale Auto on Westport Road today. I got 4 new tire’s, oil change and power steering fluid flushed out. They took the car to the car wash for me. Arlis and Chad were awesome. It’s been a while since I have been there. They remembered me and nothing has changed. Same group of of great guys and great customer service. I will be going back for my next oil change and whatever else the car needs. Thanks Arlis and Chad.

I had been searching for some time for a non-dealer garage to service my long-off-warranty SUV. I had grown tired of predatory estimates, marginal execution of repairs and poor communications from the dealer service department I'd been using. I was experiencing a problem with my car recently and happened to drive by Springdale on Brownsboro and thought I'd give them a try. No BS: I was blown away with their professionalism at every stage of the process from diagnosis to timely text updates on progress to quality of work. My first experience with them was a pleasure. I'll be back and I'll recommend them to friends and family with off-warranty vehicles. Well done guys.

I have been going to Springdale for several years now and have always been satisfied with the service and pricing. Those guys know their cars without a doubt. Shout out to Jordan, courtuous and nice as can be every time I am there. They go out of their way to try to get to the problem, my car was sticking upon acceleration and it only did it when it wanted to and Jordan suggested leaving it for a couple of day’s and he would take out when he could to see if it would act up and try to solve problem. He drove it several times and it didn’t act up, go figure. Anyway that’s going above and beyond. Great place to go fix your car.
