I highly recommend. These guys are fantastic, and they have outstanding customer service. Candy and Matt (I believe that's his name) anywho they're the dynamic duo at the front desk. Very friendly and the energy they have is awesome. By far the coolest auto shop I've ever been to. On top of all that they let me leave my car in the parking lot overnight until I was able to get a new tire. If that isn't love idk what is. Seriously tho, if you need any work done on your car this is the place to go no doubt about it. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 They get 4 thumbs up, 2 of those thumbs which are big toes. 👽

Got my car in and out super fast. They also send you text messages every step of the way to let you know what's going on with your car which is great and I've never had that anywhere else. Should my Lexus have problems again I'll definitely be back.

I had a great experience here! I was in a pinch when my battery died when leaving work on Wednesday evening. They checked in my car first thing Thursday morning and had it back to me by Friday. Being newer to the area, I didn’t have a mechanic. I am so appreciative of them getting me in and fixed up! I love how detailed their vehicle inspection is, letting me know what needs to be done now and what I need to be on the lookout for in the near future. It’s definitely helpful to see. Thank you for being great! I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I was told by a different mechanic that a fix for my car would cost over $1500, but the other mechanic didn’t do a good job of investigating my issue and Springdale fixed it for less than $400. They also gave me a priority list to slowly work on things that will eventually need repair so I could keep my car in a market that is insanely expensive at the moment. I really appreciate it!

Went to the Prospect location, with a bad battery in my hybrid Toyota Prius. They got me in and out, were very clear about the prices and charges, and my car was ready the same day!
