Was fast and efficient with getting back with me concerning my Dodge Ram 1500. Awesome use of technology with texting updates as to when the technician was working on my truck. Thoroughly explained the quote without additional pressures. Super friendly, clean and efficient. Not necessarily the cheapest, however sometimes you get what you pay for. Pay a little more knowing your car is Secure and well taken care of. Will be back.

Five Star Fantastic! The staff at Springdale Automotive exceeded my expectations. I came in with a tire too damaged to repair. They put my spare tire on and charged me nothing for the help. The next day, I used their courtesy shuttle to get my car worked on without having to miss work. They made everything so easy and convenient. The next time I need auto service, I will definitely go back to Springdale Automotive.

The woman at the front desk kept telling me they only work on high end cars like imports and that the parts they use are high end and very expensive. She told me she could give me a name of a place that is cheaper and does lower quality work. I left with the feeling she thought my car wasn't good enough or I couldn't afford the work, I will never go back to this location at least. Now the one in Middletown, the staff was super friendly when they were fixing my fiance's FORD...
