Brian and the crew at Springdale Auto in Prospect are great to work with! I brought my truck in unscheduled because it wasn't feeling right. Turns out, it needed some crucial brake work done. They got it fixed and returned to me the same day, even staying a little after closing to ensure I was able to have my truck for the weekend! The following week I brought it back for some other scheduled repair work. Brian made sure to keep me updated on any price changes, and they had my truck done and ready to go earlier then they estimated! They even took it to the car wash so I had a clean truck to drive home!

I just had a Nissan Juke fixed here and it was a terrible experience. I got 3 quotes to have the turbo replaced and Springdale's was the highest but I decided because it was a local business I would try to support them. The person i worked with was Jason. After keeping my car for a week and a 1/2 the finally told me it was done. This job cost several thousand dollars and took way longer than they told me. Upon driving away there is a loud terrible rattle like a loose exhaust or heat shied or something. SO we take it back up there and Jason wont even look at it, told us to leave it and he might get to it next week. The best part was that when we told him about the sound he says "oh yeah I heard it as you drove up" meaning the sound was there when he test drove the car after fixing it but he just didn't care. A garage that wont stand by it's work or promptly fix their mistakes is not worth going to. Please avoid at all costs.
