After spending over a thousand dollars with this business. I figured they would have double checked their work but I was mistaken. After leaving the shop I noticed my battery gauge was awfully low and when I tried to restart my truck back up in my driveway it wouldn’t. That’s when I realized they had failed to tighten the alternator belt back causing the battery to lose power.

I’m sorry to hear about your less then perfect experience, let me look into this and I will be in contact as soon as possible Mr Allen. Thank you for letting us know, we will make this right

RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!! They really went out of their way to show me they were my new shop. I asked if they were cheaper than the VW dealership because I’m so sick of over paying for services. Not only were they cheaper, but when they started the 1.5 hour diagnostic and realized my electrical problem was a result of the ice build up in my door that wouldn’t open they stopped and didn’t charge me for it. I’m quite sure that wouldn’t have happened at the dealership. I was charged $179. at VW just for a headlamp replacement AND the one I supplied was still sitting on the driver’s seat because they wouldn’t use it. I got my oil changed for less than I was paying with a coupon at Jiffy Lube and they replaced my wipers at cost. They got me in and out within less than two hours. I’m grateful they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic service I didn’t need! Use this shop confidently.

Since moving from Fern Creek to Prospect about 12 months ago we have taken all three of our cars to the Prospect location. Professional, quality service, reasonably priced is the standard at Springdale Auto!!! They are always friendly and willing to help. Brian and Kevin never disappoint. For example, today one of our cars was returned to our home after some warranty work. Delivered to our driveway and Brian plowed my driveway as a bonus. I joked with him this morning about bringing the car to me and plowing the driveway because both kids were home distance learning. Two hours later he called and said they were in the way. You can’t get better service anywhere in the area!!! Quality service with a small town attitude. My cars will be serviced by no one else.
