The Springdale Automotive - Brownsboro team is tremendous. I had used them before and have started using them again after the initial manufacturer maintenance plan on my vehicle ended. They know how to take care of everything I needed and went above and beyond on finding a problem that the dealer could not find. I will be using them again.

Took my car in for them to look at the radiator. They found the where the coolant was leaking from and their cost to fix it was triple what other places were going to charge for the same issue. When I told them I would be taking my vehicle somewhere else they did not make sure that they reconnected the radiator hose correctly. I was on the highway for 10 minutes before my car overheated, smoke was coming through the vents and underneath the hood. My car was broken down on the side of the highway, the cause of the problem was that the radiator was not connected and was loose on top of the engine. Their negligence caused me to break down on the highway and could have possibly lead to a crack in my engine block. If you use this mechanic and don’t like their price be weary of taking your car here because they may return your car in worse condition than before.

Hi Mr Marriott I’m sorry to hear about your less then perfect experience. I assure you we would never intentionally do damage to any part of any vehicle. We document all vehicle that come in the shop with pictures and videos. The vehicle came in with a broken radiator, and left with a broken radiator. We did advise not to drive the vehicle because it was leaking coolant. I will have our general manager reach out to you to discuss. Thank you.
