I’ve had service done here before and been very pleased. However this time it seemed a lot slower. Took 3 days to get it back. But the biggest issue was communication. Rather than call for approvals and updates, communication was done by text. Also I had to call at the end of the day for updates, expecting to be able to pick up the car only to be told they were busy that day and didn’t finish it.

Very professional and friendly. The crew went above and beyond to fix my old f-150 for me. They've definitely earned my business going forward.

Had low coolant. Cap broken so evaporating. I requested flush since was overdue. They kept close contact with me on status of my car. Car message said running lights out. Was spot on bulb so no charge fir checking, will replace when out. Everyone at shop very easy to talk with and professional.

Dave was great to work with. He was always available and kept me updated on the status of my car.

We were traveling to Florida during a really bad rain storm and the wipers quit working. We navigated off the freeway and found Springdale. My 2012 Ford Fusion’s window regulator broke. I initially called another repair place, but was unable to get an appointment date for a month out. I had been using a suction cup to help hold the window up. I called Springdale Automotive and they were able to schedule my car two days from when I called. They ordered the part and successfully installed it. The window is working as it’s supposed to now. I also had a brake fluid flush that they recommended. I picked my car up one day after it’s scheduled date. The advisors seemed very knowledgeable, spoke highly of their team of mechanics, and were very nice and professional.
