They started working on my car at 7am sharp the morning after having to leave it overnight unexpectedly due to almost breaking down. Dropped it off at 10pm and was receiving communication bright and early the next day. They were courteous, professional and honest about serious nature of repairs needed. They even allowed us to keep vehicle on their property for well over a week while deciding what to do with it. Price for a front to rear assessment was way below what I’ve paid at other places ! I will be going back to Springdale !

I had an emergency with 2 near flat tires and just so happened to call these guys. They were extremely helpful and immediately assisted me. They even offered to come to me if I didn’t think I could make it to the shop. They were incredibly kind and professional! I’ll definitely be going here from now on!!!

Best shop I have been to so far. Was just like I took it to the Ford dealership without having to wait and pay extra. They gave me a very detailed diagnostic report, label the problems that I needed to take care of ASAP and even included pics. Would highly recommend them to anyone who has car troubles and will be using them in the future
