Went in with a metal to metal sound coming from my wheel well. They told me it'd be 150 bucks to diagnose it. Oof. Left it overnight and the next day they told me it fixed itself - they could not reproduce the problem. They waved the diagnostic fee and gave me the car back. Thank you Mark and company for being honest and having integrity. I will be back and recommending you to other people with car trouble.

Expensive, slow. Always feel like they find things that aren't needed

Hey Kenneth, we put your vehicle on the rack to do the requested alignment and noticed several suspension items that were rusted to the point of failure. We could not perform the alignment unless the items were replaced, also meaning it would take a bit longer than a regular alignment because of the needed replacements.
