Passing through on our way to Nashville from Cincinnati and we had car trouble. We called and visited multiple car shops and no one could get us in. Excellent quality and service. Very professional, friendly, efficient. I especially like the texts updates before, during, and after the service. I think the labor charges for various services are a bit steep, but all the other pluses make it worth it. A special thanks to Brian at desk. An excellent service professional.

Matt and Candy at the front desk were super helpful and made sure my car was ready for a trip. They kept me up to date with my car’s needs and was in constant contact with me, allowing me to decide which service to authorize for my car. I initially thought I need a complete brake job (front and back, pads and rotors) but contacted me to say the service tech recommended just the front, saving me money and unnecessary maintenance. Best part, went to pick up my car and it had been washed and touched up inside too. Thanks guys!
