I’ve been bringing my cars to Springdale for years. They are always honest and don’t try to get me to pay for unnecessary services. They also stand by their work and honor warranties.

Had a girls trip planned, half way through the travel our van starting acting up leading us to believe we weren't going to make it to our final destination. We called several places to help out and get us on our way & safely back on the road with no luck. It wasn't until we called Springdale Automotive in Prospect KY that they said, bring it in we will be ready for you. We drove a little more with the van acting up, pulled in the lot, out they came to meet us. After pulling the van in the bay, they diagnosed it and fixed it all while being very friendly and courteous. Brian, Brent, & Kevin all came to the waiting area (which felt like a living room) to let us know we were all fixed and good to head back on the road. We had several questions (mind you there were a lot of us girls) and each one took the time to answer all our questions. I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs. :)

Purchased a car online from a dealer in Virginia. When delivered the engine light was on, despite their 3 point inspection!. Springdale diagnostic test showed what was wrong and they fixed the car in a timely manner and dealt with the out of state dealer for payment as well! It’s hard to find a trustworthy dealer when you’re dealing with a high end auto. My Audi will be back for whatever maintenance or repairs it will require! Thank you!
