Great mechanic team especially for Euro vehicles. Honest and friendly.

Their team is going BEYOND to service their customers right now!! And EVERY attempt was made to limit customer contact with the staff. I placed my car in the driveway and they came and picked it up, serviced it and returned it and I never even saw them! They contacted me via text throughout the entire process and I was able to pay on line, so again no face to face contact needed. My car was washed and returned to my driveway on schedule! Bravo!

Didn’t realize that my wife’s Mini Cooper was still under an extended warranty. Springdale realized it was under warranty and contact a Mini dealer another state away (our local dealer closed). They didn’t charge for diagnostics. An Unhonest business could have done the work themselves and charged but they didn’t.

I brought in my wife’s Range Rover because of a small coolant leak. The guys at Stein were able to comfort us by letting us know it was a common issue and were able to replace the parts at a fraction of what the local dealer quoted. We won’t go anywhere else for service from this point forward! Highly recommend these guys!

During the pandemic they Picked up my car, made the repairs, and delivered the car back to my home, wiped down the car for any potential virus exposure and dropped the key off at my front door. Doesn’t get any better than that.
