In this time of sheltering because of Covid-19, we almost cancelled our appointment. However, Dave indicated that safety is paramount with them. He offered to come to our house to collect the car. After the service was done, he said, they would wipe all surfaces before returning it to us. They did exactly that! When service was done, Dave communicated about the work and told us the cost. I entered a credit card and the car was in our driveway in a few minutes. Great customer service! Excellent communication....even virtual.

This business works hard to make the correct repairs to all the vehicles brought to them and they let you know what auto repairs you will need in the future. Also, the crew keeps the customer updated throughout the process. Nice work.

This is a quality business! They are professional but courteous and kind. They keep you updated on the progress of the work being completed on your vehicle by text, phone and email! I love this service!

On top of it. Picked up the truck at home. Returned earlier than expected. Problem with new repair. Came back for the truck. Replaced the replacement with a compatible part from the dealer. Running fine now. They also did an inspection of the entire vehicle. I have used them before. If they can’t fix it they will refer you to who can.

Let me just say that these guys are THE BEST. I've used them several times for tire issues. They communicate well, give you your options and follow up on their promises. And, their SMS communication system is just terrific. You are never left in the dark as to what is going on with your car. They "say what they do and do what they say."

I've been using this location of Springdale Automotive to service my vehicles for ,ore than 10 years. These folks are awesome! Not only do I get excellent service at a fair price but they always point out other issues the find so I can keep myself and my loved ones safe! I highly recommend this crew!
