Ned really makes a difference here Anchorage is a long way to drive but working with Ned is the difference between a feel bad and a feel good. No repair on an MB is going to be cheat, but my car was delivered back to me (by Ned) with diagnosis, parts pickup, and fix in 1 day

In oh, so many ways but having one person to deal with, especially over the phone would help. Every time I called or they called me it was somebody different and the information was never the same.

This place is a rip off !! they over charge for parts and labor,im takin them to court.they charge me 135.00 to tell me what was wrong with my car.I told them to fix the problem.after they fix it they said that wasn't the problem.than treating me to get more work done or they will charge me for it being their,I spend 1054.00 my car is leaking antifreeze which was somethin they was supposed to been fixed.Theses people need to be shut down!!! THEY ARE LIERS,AND WILL Lie TO YOU FOR MORE MONEY And .BECAUSE COURTS ARE CLOSED,They getting away with it for now. My car still not fixed.
