Phenomenal professional services these ladies and gentlemen truly know what they’re doing and are worth every penny. a little disappointed regarding my tire warranty and road hazard coverage. I had to pay to install the replacement tire under the warranty where other tire stores include installation in their warranty. This was never explained to me how Stein's warranty works.

Was in a pinch got sway bar links replaced.. but they quoted $950 to install front springs at 8 hours labor....For JUST front springs.. 8 hours. No mechanic should take near that time to install 4 springs much less 2. Figure it's their way of telling me to find another shop.. ok by me.

Andrew we do not make up labor times we go off of the labor guide per vehicle. I will look into this and see what may have happened but we would never want you to go somewhere else. If we can help we will if not we will be honest and recommend somewhere that can help with the situation
