I used Springdale Prospect several months ago- just getting around to a review today!: I used Springdale, Prospect for years before I moved out of state. I recently returned, had a bunch of car trouble, called them in March, just as Covid-19 was closing us all down. They were awesome! They disinfected everything, first, when they got the car and again after the work was finished. They contacted me every step of the way and finished quickly. I was very happy with their respect, service and work! So very appreciative!

Had a flat from embedded screw, needed repair. Called Brandy at the Springdale Brownsboro location an hour before they closed. She made it happen. Two guys came out, got the car, repaired my tire, and I had my car back by 5:00. Very grateful and very happy with the service!

Professional, courteous, and quality service. Five stars above the rest and I have the experience with other services to compare. There is no comparison! Springdale is tops!

The service was great. I especially liked the detailed inspection report that was sent to me. And I got a free car wash!

Brought car in twice over a 7 day period. Raised the same issue with Springdale twice. Paid $2,000 in repairs, yet a primary issue I had (car would shift into gear without putting foot on brake — a life safety issue) was ignored both times. Did I mention they charged me $2,000 and did not even address one of my primary concerns? From now on, I’m going to the dealer. You pay more there, but at least they listen and you know you’re dealing with honest people. Springdale Automotive gets an “F” from me and I’m spreading the word to everyone I know. Beware if you take your car to the Prospect location.
