I have been visiting Stein for years now. The technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They have gone the extra mile for me more than once. Their inspections are incredibly thorough. I recently trusted them to do a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) on a 2000 Mazda Miata. They were short staffed that day but still got me the car after hours! I got to look at the underbelly while it was up on the lift and point out any areas of concern. Nathan, the tech helping with my Miata was very patient and explained everything in words I understood. I ended up buying the car and I couldn't be more pleased. Stein consistently takes the necessary care with their customers and their vehicles to help them feel at ease and secure in their decisions. The quality of work justifies the price. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

As well as, called a few times throughout the process. I knew what they were doing, and when they were doing it.
