People seem friendly and professional. But, why can't you cater to customers who have a long travel to wait on their vehicle. Every other business seems to manage it i.e. Toyota Dealerships, Tire Service centers, Walmart, etc.?

Due to the government mandates we are unable to open our lobby, we do apologize for this inconvenience, we would love to be able to offer our lobby to our clients again but we are following gov mandates and safety procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients as well. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I recently used Stein Automotive to install new brake pads and rotors on my 2017 range rover sport. Not only did they save me over $300 from what it would cost from my local land rover dealer they did an excellent job. Dave coordinated everything and the communication was excellent from start to finish. I received no less than five texts updating me on the progress, eliminating needless call to the dealership to check on my vehicle. I will definitely use them again.
