I took my sons car to Stein and my experience was not that great. They did not get the issue fixed, and I was charged way to much. At this point I had no choice but to stick with them to fix the problem. I feel like they over charged me and never fixed the root cause. I also had an issue with the brakes. Again they wanted way to much to fix them. So I took it to another place which fixed them for less. This was my experience with Stein. I hope yours is much better. Thank you! Mark
